This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, and transactions made with Mana Ice Creams Private Limited (“Joify”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including through our website, campaigns, or other platforms.

By making a purchase or payment, you agree to this policy.


  1. General Policy

All payments made to Joify are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

This policy applies to:

Product purchases
Event bookings and registrations
Campaign participation fees
Any other paid services or offerings


2. Order Cancellations
Once an order or booking is placed, it cannot be cancelled
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for cancellations or change of mind


3. Events & Bookings

For events, experiences, or registrations:

All bookings are final
Failure to attend (no-show) will not be eligible for refund
Bookings are non-transferable, unless explicitly allowed by Joify


4. Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of ice cream and related products:

Products once sold are not eligible for return or refund
We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items


5. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

a. Order Not Fulfilled
If an order is successfully placed but not delivered due to our error
b. Product Issues
If the product received is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

In such cases:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or purchase
Supporting details (such as photos or proof) may be required
Resolution (refund or replacement) will be provided at our discretion


6. Cancellation by Joify

If Joify cancels:

An order
An event
A paid service

then:

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method


7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Where a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on payment providers


8. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargebacks or disputes
Unauthorized or fraudulent dispute claims may result in restricted access to future services

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
