Role Overview

This is a field sales role focused on expanding Joify’s presence across your assigned territory by onboarding retailers, managing relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Onboarding: Identify new sales opportunities and onboard retailers, distributors, and dealers

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

• Distribution & Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, freezer stocking, and inventory management

• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and share market insights

• Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits within your assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10 years in FMCG, beverage, or food industry sales, particularly in cold-chain products.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and B2B/B2C sales skills

• Logistics: Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for field sales.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business.

• Software: Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.

• Comfortable with on-ground, field-based work
